About Ashlee

I have been part of the Corinth community for most of my life.

My background includes years of community involvement, work in the esthetics industry as both a provider and instructor, and teaching ballet to young children. Across each chapter of my life, my focus has remained consistent: showing up, building connections, and contributing meaningfully to the spaces I am part of.

As a parent, volunteer, and community member, I bring a grounded, people centered perspective to leadership. I value listening, accountability, and thoughtful decision making.

Why I’m Running

My family moved to Corinth in 2001, and I graduated from Lake Dallas High School in 2011. This city shaped my early life in meaningful ways.

During high school, I was actively involved in the community through dance, theater, choir, and the PALS program. Those experiences built my sense of responsibility to the place I live and the people around me.

After moving to Dallas in 2014 to pursue a career as an esthetician, I continued to find ways to stay connected to community. I worked as both a service provider and an instructor, and later taught ballet at the YMCA for children ages 3 to 12.

While I am grateful for the community I found in Dallas, returning to Corinth to raise my own family felt like a natural and meaningful next step. My husband and I moved back nearly a year and a half ago with our two boys.

Since returning, I have focused on reconnecting with the city and contributing where I can. I currently serve as Vice Chair of Keep Corinth Beautiful, with an emphasis on education and community outreach.

I am running for City Council because I care deeply about Corinth and believe in steady, thoughtful leadership that reflects the people who live here.
